USATT 2025 is a premier event celebrating the finest in the beverage industry and is set to take place on May 20, 2025, in Chicago. The 9th edition of Beverage Trade Network’s premier event will be a one-day event that is aimed to connect brands with importers, distributors, and retailers. Designed to bring together industry leaders for learning and networking, USATT 2025 will showcase companies aiming to gain awareness and distribution within the US market.

This is a one-day event.

Exhibitor Set Up (9:00 am to 11:00 am):

Prepare your table with samples and marketing material to showcase your finest offerings. Attend the conference.

Expo Floor Opens for B2B Visitors (11:00 am to 6:00 pm):

Visitors come in to explore a vast array of beverage brands, establish connections, and discuss potential partnerships. All conference talks, masterclasses, and the Sommeliers Choice Awards and Bartender Spirits Awards tasting pavilion will be active during these hours.

Exhibitors Pack Up (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm):

As the event draws to a close, exhibitors wrap up their presentations, taking with you valuable conversations and connections.

B2B Cocktail and Networking Party (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm):

Conclude the day with a cocktail and networking event. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders and peers in a relaxed setting. Attendees have a chance to interact with Speakers, exhibitors, and VIP on-premise beverage leaders. All exhibitors have access to the cocktail party.

Exhibitor Table Pricing

Early Bird - $1400 (October 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025). Pay a 25% deposit now ($350) and the balance by February 28, 2025. This is the lowest pricing available. Take advantage of the super early bird offer.

Regular - $1600 (After February 1, 2025).

Set-Up:

6' x 30" Tabletop, with black skirting.
2 Chairs.

Your pricing covers all costs associated with the show. You are required to bring one roll-up banner and may place marketing materials on your table. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice.
