The Masterclass will be hosted by Eric Aracil. Born into a wine-growing family in a small village situated in the heart of the Aspres region, Eric Aracil has always lived in Roussillon. Eric began his career at the age of 21, as a consulting oenologist at the Fourquet Laboratory, a position he held for five years until shifting gears to become a wine educator at the Centre de Formation Agricole in Perpignan.

In 1996, his first love has caught up with him, Eric once again took on the role of oenologist, this time within the trade association known as the Groupement Interprofessionnel des Côtes du Roussillon et Côtes du Roussillon Villages, where he also managed all export market programs. In 2000, he was named Export Manager of the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins du Roussillon (Roussillon wine Council), and Co-director in 2017.
