Mr. Rosen has a fantastic track record, managing transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion in alcohol sales over the course of his highly successful professional life.

His accomplishments speak for themselves, having been named one of PwC' "Ones to Watch" in Advisory Services and being among the Top 100 worldwide leaders in Leadership in the 2019 Power Rankings of beverage players.

Rosen's path shows his amazing leadership talents. He has a strong awareness of market dynamics and consumer preferences, having previously worked as CEO of his own $100 million retail liquor company, Sam's Wines and Spirits of Chicago, and as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Adult Beverage Advisory Services.

Furthermore, his experience as a key consultant in Trade Marketing at Anheuser-Busch demonstrates his significant knowledge of the industry's complexities. Mr. Rosen currently runs his own adult beverage sales firm, BevStrat, and is also a general partner in InvestBev, his private equity firm.

Interestingly, Mr. Rosen's skills go beyond senior positions; in his capacity as CEO, he led and facilitated the successful acquisition of two businesses by investment firms.
